The Fusion Cooking School is one of South Africa's Top culinary schools.

Our Chef training is held at our new Musgrave campus on the Berea in Durban. Our corporate teambuilding, evening lifestyle cooking classes, advanced training and specialised Research and Development (R&D) are all held at our Westville Campus.

While we do not believe in having to be the biggest school (in fact we favour a smaller, more intimate boutique approach), over the years our trainee chefs have gone on to be successful in many areas of industry, including many becoming head/executive chefs.

We deliver world-class qualifications as a SACA recognised Training Provider, internationally accredited with City & Guilds of London as well as with the DHET QCTO. All our staff are all fully qualified, industry experienced, and Cathsseta-accredited Moderators, Facilitators and Assessors.

What's more, we are fully accredited for the new QCTO Chef Qualification and Trade Test which replaces all current South African chef qualifications. We were the 2nd school in the country and the first in KZN to receive accreditation.
