- City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking (level 1)
- City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and culinary Arts (level 2)
12 months based at chef school
6 months based at the workplace doing in-service

• International Grande Chef de Partie Diploma (3 years) NQF level 5 includes:
- City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking (level 1)
- City & Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts (level 2)
- City & Guilds Diploma in Patisserie (level 2)
- City & Guilds Advanced Diploma in Cookery Supervision (level 3)
18 months based at chef school
18 months based at various workplaces

• Diploma in Patisserie (6 months) includes 1 international qualification:
- City & Guilds Diploma in Patisserie (level 2)

• Boutique Certificate in Global Cuisine (4 months) includes 1 international qualification:
- City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking (level 1)
